with cheese

Ingredients
200 g Redi broccoli
70 g cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
5 tbsp breadcrumbs
Method
Preheat the oven to 180ºC
Wash the Redi and finely chop it with a Thermomix or food processor
Beat the egg with a little salt
Grate the cheddar cheese, in a food processor if preferred
Put the finely chopped Redi, beaten egg, cheese and breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix well
Once all the ingredients are well mixed, make little balls with the mixture
Squash them slightly and mould into a nugget shape
Lightly grease some baking paper and place the nuggets on top
Cook for 20-25 minutes until golden
