with avocado spread & mozzarella

Ingredients
150g Redi broccoli
1 bagiette
2 avocados
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of salt
200g mozzarella
Method
Cut the baguette into pieces and then in half horizontally
Smash the avocado & crush the garlic
Mix the lemon juice with some pepper and salt though the avocado and garlic until an even spread is created
Grill the Redi for 8 minutes
Spread the spread on the baguette
Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on top of the spread
Place the Redi over the mozzarella and finish with a pinch of pepper
