Peel the carrot and potato and cut into small pieces
Cut the Redi into florets
In a saucepan of boiling water, cook the vegetables with a little salt (carrots, potatoes and Redi). After 4-5 minutes, remove and drain the vegetables
Put the vegetables in the food processor and give it a quick blast (not too much, you don’t want the mixture to be too thick)
Some vegetable bits may remain whole
Add the beaten egg, breadcrumbs and a little salt and pepper to the mixture and mix well
Take a little of the mixture and form burgers with your hands
