Ingredients
250g Redi broccoli
150g flour
1 egg
250 ml semi-skimmed milk
200g grated cheese
200g bacon
Olive oil
Method
Mix half of the milk with the egg and the flour until a even mixture is created
Add the rest of the milk and mix again
Add the grated cheese and stir well with a whisk
Fry the bacon until crispy
Grill the Redi for about 7 minutes in a pan
Bake pancakes from the pancake-cheese mix and decorate them with the bacon and Redi
